Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and extracts of valerian, passiflora and escolzia.
Valerian, passiflora and escolzia, are useful to promote sleep.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep and to the decrease of the effects of jet-lag. The controlled release form allows a graduated and balanced supply of the product components.

Ingredients
Valerian root e.s. 0.8% valerenic acids, passiflora flowery top e.s. 2% vitexin, exhaust air parts e.s. 0.2% protopine, melatonin.

Without gluten.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening an hour before bedtime swallowing with water.
In case of jet lag take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
For pregnant or nursing women and children it is recommended to consult your doctor.

Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
