Description
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to take sleep and relieve the effects of jet-lag.
The beneficial effects are obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of: 1 mg of melatonin (slee); a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at destination (jet-lag).
Suitable for vegans.

Bidistillate vegetable glycerin, ethyl alcohol (Alcoolvis: alcohol purified by the method invented by Dr. Giorgini), pure water, melatonin.

Mode of use
We recommend taking 1 drop (0.03 ml) before going to sleep. To reduce the jet-lag effect it is recommended to start taking the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arrival at destination. Apply a drop under the tongue and wait about 1 minute before swallowing. Containers included in the package.
