Melatonin based food supplement useful to help alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduction of time to take sleep.

Ingredients
Edibles: sorbitol, xylitol; antiagglomerants: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; charge agent: maltodextrin; melatonin.

Mode of use
To alleviate the effects of jet lag the beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. For the reduction of the time required to take sleep the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg melatonin.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store at room temperature.
