Ingredients

Passiflora aerial parts dry extract	20,00 mg
Avena seeds dried extract	105,00 mg
Melissa leaves extracted dry	105,00 mg
Rosemary acid	4,20 mg
Valerian root dry extract	105,00 mg
Valrenic acids	0,84 mg
Other ingredients: additives (bicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, reticulate sodium carboxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerin). Contains gluten from Avena.

Mode of use
For day relaxation: 1 tablet 3 times a day, to swallow with water.
For night rest: 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
