Description
It is a nutritional supplement based on Melatonin. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time required to sleep.

Ingredients
for 1 tablet: charge agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; agglomerating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Melatonin 1 mg.
Of course, lactose-free.
Gluten free.

Mode of use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day. Jet lag: the beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. Sleep: for the reduction of time required to take sleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, of 1 mg melatonin.

Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Conservation
Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and contact with water. The date of end of validity refers to the correctly preserved product, in an integral package. Do not disperse into the environment after use. Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
