Description
Food supplement based on melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.
Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake just before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Ingredients
Purified water, fructose, concentrated apple juice (Malus domestica Borkh, fruit); preservatives: sorbate potassium, benzoate sodium; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum; aromas; acidifier: citric acid.

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
Take 0.5 ml, to be measured with the graduated syringe, in the evening before bedtime. Dilute in water or take it directly in the mouth, as it tastes pleasant. Shake well before use.
It is recommended to wash the syringe after each use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The different production batches may have slightly different colours, which in no way affects the quality of the finished product.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources, at controlled temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Validity of whole packaging: 24 months.
Post-opening validation: 60 days.
