Description
Food supplement based on melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep.

Ingredients
Charge officer: microcrystalline cellulose; antiagglomerants: silicon dioxide, magnesium vegetable stearate; niacin, vitamin B1 (tiamina), tryptophan, melatonin, escoltzia (Eschscholtzia Californica Cham.) root e.s. 0.2% in protopine, griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill) seed e.s. 20% hydroxytryptophan.

Mode of use
Take 1 tablet with a little water, half an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep the product out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
