Ingredients

	per daily dose (1 tablet)
Melatonin	1 mg
Other ingredients: charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; antiagglomerants: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate vegetable.

Mode of use
Take 1 tablet with a little water, half an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place. The expiration date refers to the product in an integrated package, properly preserved.
