FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS REGULATION, THE FOLLOWING DEFINITIONS SHALL APPLY:

Mode of use
The product should be taken away from meals with half a glass or cup from water tea or fruit juice (not orange or blueberry).
After 45 minutes from taking drink abundantly and urinate.
It is recommended to take the product in case of low alkaline pH urine.
Sexual intercourse cystitis: it is recommended to take a teaspoon from the first and after the report.
Later, for at least 3 days, 4-5 teaspoons per day.
Acute Episodes: a teaspoon from the every 3 hours until the resolution of symptoms. Continue with a maintenance dose of 3 teaspoons per day.
Recurring Episodes: a teaspoon from the 3 times a day for a few months.

Warnings
In diseases that cause intestinal mal absorption such as Chron's disease, celiac disease and intestinal parasites, the use of Mannose can be ineffective.
It is not contraindicated in diabetes mellitus (it is recommended to periodically check blood sugar) or in pediatric age.
In prolonged use the Mannosus, surrounding sperm, can prevent it from joining the egg.
