Mode of use
For adults: 30 drops for 2 times a day in 1 glass of water. Alternatively, dilute 60 drops in 1/2 liter of water to drink during the day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. We do not recommend the use in women in fertile age and in subjects of both sexes in prepuble age. If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs, consult your doctor before taking the product. We do not recommend the use of the product during pregnancy and lactation.
