Food supplement of vegetable extracts of artichoke, ginger and fennel with inulin useful in case of deficiency or increased requirements of such nutrients.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, artichoke e.s. (Cynaria scolymus L., leaves; support: maize maltodextrin) tit. 13-18% in caffeylkynic acids (such as chlorogenic acid) 20%, ginger e.s. (Zingiber officinalis R., rhizome; support: maize maltodextrin) tit. 5% in gingeroli 20%, fennel e.s. (Foenicolum vulgare Mill., fruits: support: maltodextrin from corn) tit. 0.5% in essential oil 13.3%; antiagglomerants: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; inulin 6.6%; charge agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
