Mode of use
It is recommended to take a tablet once a day: 1 tablet in the evening before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
The components of ACIDIF MONO have no contraindications when taken in the recommended doses.
L-methionine is an essential amino acid with its recommended daily intake dose (RDA or VNR) of about 1.2 grams per day.
Vitamin C can be taken without contraindications within the range indicated by the VNR without exceeding the recommended doses, to avoid the release of oxalate in the urinary environment, which would favour the appearance of kidney stones.
