Description
Food supplement based on prebiotics and probiotics that promote the balance of intestinal flora and valerian that promotes relaxation (sleeping; in case of stress) and melatonin that contributes to the reduction of time required to sleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

Ingredients
Lynside Immunity Prebiotic (cell yeast network), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose coating; charging agents: microcrystalline cellulose, carbossimetilcellulose; maltodextrin; green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves e.s. tit. to 20% in Teanina, LifeinU lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root e.s. tit. to 0.8% in valerenic acids; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; corn starch, melatonin.

Without gluten and lactose.

Mode of use
We recommend daily intake of 1-2 capsules.
