The consortium of probiotics studied by Nathura promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.
The psyllium fiber, on the other hand, serves as a nourishment for the intestinal bacterial flora, favoring its development. Moreover, it has the peculiar characteristic of forming, in contact with water, in gel able to modulate the consistency of the fecal mass. Possible appearance of abdominal swelling is limited since the intestinal flora ferments psyllium in a moderate manner.
A bag of PSYLLOGEL Megaferments 24 provides 24 billion live lactic ferments and 2.5 grams of psyllium fiber.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 bags of PSYLLOGEL Megaferments 24 per day depending on your needs (for advice consult your doctor or pharmacist), away from meals.
PSYLLOGEL Megaferments 24 must be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of a sachet into a glass (150 ml), fill with non-carbonated natural water, mix well for about a minute and drink immediately. The possible increase in consistency of the preparation (forming the gel) is a characteristic of the excellent qualities PSYLLOGEL Megaferments 24; if necessary, adjust the consistency of the preparation by further increasing the amount of water.
