Directions:
useful in toxes accompanied by sense of irritation in the throat.

Posology and Mode of Use:
adults: 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, pure or loose in warm water;
3 - 4 teaspoons per day dissolved in warm water.

Warnings:
keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Conservation:
store in a cool and dry place.

planting (plantago major) aerial parts; myrtle (myrtus communis) berries; enula (inula helenium) root; planting (plantago major) aerial parts e.s.; chestnut honey; honey millefiori; raw cane sugar.
