Ganoderma lucidium contains more than 100 different types of highly oxygenated lanostanoid triterpenes with a prevalence of A-Z ganodermic acids and A-M lucidenic acids. Ganoderma lucidium is rich in other ingredients such as B-1-3 bioactive polysaccharides, B-1-6 homo D-glucan, and amino acids such as serine, alanine, glycine and ergoster. How to use:
