Therapeutic indications

Treatment of skin mycotic infections, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis and skin affections of parasitic nature (fog).

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any of the excipients; • extensive skin lesions; • children under 3 years of age.

Population

Adults and teenagers, children over 3 years old Apply ointment, in the amount necessary in relation to the part to be treated, 2 – 3 times a day. For the treatment of the scabies, after the application of the ointment it is necessary to energetically fry the area to be treated; moreover, the ointment must be left in contact with the skin for at least 24 hours without washing. The treatment must continue for at least 3 consecutive days.

Conservation

Do not store at a temperature above 30 °C. Store the container well closed in the original packaging.

Warnings

External use. Avoid contact with mouth, eyes, genitals and other mucosa. The use, especially if prolonged, of medicinal products for local use can give rise to irritation or sensitization phenomena. In such a case, it is necessary to stop treatment and establish suitable therapy.

Effects

Below are the undesirable effects of Zolfo and Potassium carbonate, organized according to the organic systemic classification MedDRA. Pathologies of skin and subcutaneous tissue Irritation of the skin and mucous membranes, desquamation, dermatitis, burning, itching, erythema.

Overdosing

No known overdose cases. If used in excessive quantities it can be irritating to the skin and mucosa. Deaths were recorded as a result of accidental ingestion of sulfur and potassium carbonate by children.

In the absence of specific studies, the medicinal product must be used during pregnancy and nursing only if necessary and under direct medical control.
