Vaginal cream: Polyoxyethyleneglycol palmito stearato; polyxyethylene glycerides of saturated fatty acids; liquid paraffin; benzoic acid; butilidrossianionly; purified water. Ovuli: Semisynthetic glycerides. Extended release eggs: Semisynthetic triglycerides of saturated fatty acids; solid semisynthetic glycerides; polissacaride galattomannano; stearil eptanoato; colloidal silica. Skin solution for external genitals: Polysorbed 20; benzyl alcohol; single-laurate sorbitan; N-hydroxyetyl-N-cocco alkylamycinto, sodium salt, polyoxyethyleneglycol 6000 disterate; lactic acid; purified water.

Therapeutic indications

Mycotic vaginal infections though complicated by gram-positive germ overinfections.

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity already ascertained towards the components.

Population

Vaginal and ovum cream from 50 mg: Introduce in the vagina in the evening before bedtime, an egg or the whole amount of vaginal cream contained in the filled applicator (about 5 g cream). Treatment should be protracted for at least 15 days. 150 mg eggs: Introduce in the vagina in the evening before bedtime, an ovulus for 3 consecutive nights. In the event of relapse or in the case that after a week of treatment the inspection crop will be positive, a second cycle of therapy will be repeated. Prolonged release eggs from 150 mg: The therapy involves the treatment of 1 day and consists in introducing deeply into the vagina, preferably in supine position, an ovum in the morning and one in the evening. This posology can be implemented because ovuli depots contain particular excipients that allow, after the liquefaction of the ovum, a uniform distribution in the vagina, where it forms with the formation of a gelatinous layer, a deposit of econazole. This ensures an antifungal action that lasts for several days. Skin solution for external genitals: This pharmaceutical form is a suitable supplement to therapy with ovules or vaginal cream. Determine the external genitals with 10 cc (1 dose) of dissolved skin solution in hot water. Treatment can be done once or twice a day. We recommend the contemporary treatment of the partner with vaginal cream or skin solution. The cream applies, after careful detersion, once a day for 15 consecutive days. The solution is dissolved in hot water. Don't rinse.

Effects

In hypersensitive subjects the use of the product can give rise to local sensitization or irritative phenomena, as well as pelvic cramps, skin rashes and headaches.
