SenSura Mio Convex is an open sack with a suitable convex adhesive plate that offers stability in the peristomal area while maintaining flexible. The elastic adhesive adapts to the individual shapes of the body and the bag while remaining discreet.
It is equipped with a curved shape that effectively adapts to irregular skin areas, areas placed deep and stomes that need support or help to protrude. Combined with an elastic adhesive, it provides more effective adherence to individual body forms. It remains discreet thanks to the design of the filter and the bag.
The adaptable convex plate remains permanently fixed to the bag. To replace the bag is removed and replaced the entire device. The light convex plate is ideal for stools with orifices at the skin level that require a slight help to protrude or for areas slightly placed in depth where a slight curvature is necessary to obtain a good grip.
In addition, it consists of various precut or cut-out formats for maximum customization, accompanied by pockets in different sizes available in the transparent version or with inspection window.

The function of the pre-filter is to protect the membrane in activated carbon, being two parts very sensitive to contact with feces. In this way, the circular filter is less frequent, allowing the air to flow longer through the filter and reducing the swelling of the bag.
In fact, the circular filter has shown to reduce the swelling of the sack up to 61%. The circular filter will improve discretion and help you sleep better at night.
