Two-piece mechanical coupling system, which combines the SenSura double layer adhesive with a ‘click’ sound to ensure safe locking of the bag to the adhesive plate. SenSura devices; Click are available with SenSura and SenSura Xpro adhesive plate, flat or convex. These devices provide empty, closed or urostomy bags. The wide assortment consists of a range of adhesive plates in pre-cut or cut-out formats for maximum customization, accompanied by pockets in a variety of sizes available in transparent and matt versions. The SenSura adhesive consists of 2 layers:
- protective layer; protects the skin from the outgoing material from the stoma.
- Layer near the skin; keeps the skin healthy, absorbing excess moisture.
SenSura Xpro adhesive provides additional protection against abundant spills. It is suitable for people with ileostomy or urostomy who have abundant spills that can cause too fast detachment of standard stickers.
The bag is securely attached to the adhesive plate by means of a mechanical coupling system. A ‘click’ sound confirms the safe locking of the bag to the adhesive plate. Before the bag is closed, it can be rotated in the desired position, without having to remove it from the adhesive plate. You can remove the bag from the adhesive plate with double layer adhesive, allowing you to replace the bag more frequently than the adhesive plate.

Convex plaque, for stomies difficult to manage
SenSura adhesive plates are available with Convex Light. Convex Light oval-shaped adhesive plate is designed specifically for hard-to-manage stomies (for example, a wire, retracted or placed in a cutaneous fold). Apply a slight direct pressure on the peristomal skin to reduce the risk of loss, allowing the stoma to protrude.
