Description
SenSura Mio click Convex Flip plate for colostomy with mechanical coupling, is a plate made of a hydrocolloidal adhesive and a plastic ring for the correct positioning of the collection bag.
The adhesive consists of two layers:
- the most internal layer has a special lattice structure, which incorporates small hydrocolloids: in contact with the deiations is transformed into a thick and compact gel, with high resistance to erosion. This creates a protective seal that reduces the infiltration of infiltrations together with the maintenance of the correct gradient of skin moisture, favoring tissue repair;
- in the outermost layer and thinner the elastic adhesive capacity allows this layer to adapt perfectly to the irregularities of the skin offering a high instant adhesiveness and consequent safety in use.
SenSura Mio Convex Flip is a solution for people with protruding abdominal conformation, perfectly and firmly adapted to swellings, hernias and curves. Star-shaped petals embrace the body without creating folds or wrinkles.
The ring makes the central area stable so that the stoma has the necessary support. The flat plate is suitable for people with regular abdominal conformation, thanks to BodyFit Technology, it consists of an elastic adhesive; has oval shape and its elastic structure ensures adhesiveness, safety, skin protection and atraumaticity during removal on all surfaces of the peristomal skin.
It is available both in cut-out version to the desired size (following the printed guide on the protective mask of the adhesive surface) and in pre-cut version.

The SenSura Mio range has a turquoise coloured adhesive removal tab to make it more visible, and with an easy thumb-shaped handle.
There is also a simple cut guide: cutting circles are soft, there are different cutting dimensions with strong contrasts for users with poor visual capacity, circles do not intersect.
SenSura Mio Click, Click hooking system is specially designed to ensure protection and security throughout the lifetime of use.
It has fins for attaching the belt.

Storage is recommended in the original package protected from light and moisture, at a constant temperature between 15 °C and 30 °C.
