Mode of use
Before use, make sure the product fits well with the shoe. If necessary, remove the existing insole. The back end of the plantar must touch the back of the shoe and, if necessary, cut the end to the desired size, following the guidelines on the product.
For some people it may be necessary time before the plantars are comfortable. The feet must get used to the structural properties of the plantar, so a gradual adaptation may be necessary.
