Mode of use
The soles already present in the shoes could be removable: remove them before entering the new ones.
Check the cut guide. If necessary,cut along the line of the top of the insole that corresponds to the number of shoe or use the original insole as a guide.
Insert the Scholl LiquiFlex soles with the LiquiFlex capsule facing down. The insole should be flat. It can be necessary to cut it further to fit the shoe at its best.
