Scholl's Sollievo Dolore plantaries work in 3 ways:
1. They help absorb shocks that cause tension to the lower part of the body.
2. They twist the feet by distributing the weight evenly and reducing the pressure.
3. They help stabilize the foot position by supporting the way of walking.

Mode of use
Before use check that the product fits well to the shoe. The end of the plantar should be at the base of the toes; in this way the plantar may not touch the back of the shoe. For some people, the Sollievo Dolore plantars can take some time to be comfortable. The feet must get used to the structural properties of the plantar, so a period of interruption may be useful from use. If necessary, gradually increase the number of hours of daily use until you can wear all day.
