Mode of use
Wash the beans and leave them in cold water for 6-8 hours. Drain, wash them with running water and put them in a large pan with about 7-8 glasses of water (1 liter and a half approximately). Bring to boiling and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes. Salt at the end of cooking and season with oil, soy sauce or gomasio.
