Description
Non sterile solution indicated in the nasal-sustain pathologies and their complications (acute reno-susitis, chronic purulent rhinos, nasal-susin polyposi, allergic rhinopathy, mycotic rhinitis, secretive otititititititis), characterized by: edema of the nasal-susual mucosa, alteration of the paranasal breastsal muumatization, reduction or loss.
The solution containing cucurbitacine B-D-I-E, administered in microedema in the nostrils by nasal spray, produces an action to the surface of the mucosa epithelium that causes electrolytic and osmotic alteration, to which a physiological process of expulsion of the muco-purulent secretions present in the nasal-susal district and in the auditive tubes, the restoration of mobility and moticosality.

Mode of use
Adults and children (age >10 years)
Do 2 spray dispenses for narch 2 times a day (morning and evening), for 7 consecutive days. The treatment can be prolonged up to 14 days or repeated after 6-7 days from the first (depending on the symptomatology and the muco-purulent secretions present).
For the use of the product in chronic nose-sustain pathologies or after surgery, it is recommended to repeat the treatment for at least 2 cycles, interspersed by 6 days of non-treatment.

Components
Functional substances: Cucurbitacine B-D-I-E 50 mcg/ml extracted from Ecballium elaterium; excipients: purified water, mint aroma, methyl paroxybenzoate, propile paraoxide.

Warnings
All operations must be carried out gently, avoiding introducing the spray dispenser too deep in the nostrils and keeping the position erected during administration. Close the bottle after each application.
The product should not be given to children under 10 years of age and pregnant women.
It is not recommended to use the product in association with sympathomimetic drugs, as it may cause a decrease in product effectiveness.
The tests performed did not show particular side effects; rarely slight signs of irritation and congestion of the nasal mucosa can occur, with temporary feeling of closed nose.
Other rare undesirable effects may be the replenishment and mild irritation of the skins.
Overdose of the product, frequent and continued over time, does not in any case jeopardize the health of the user, although it increases the chances that the unwanted effects already described are occurring.
Rarely overdose can determine the occurrence of fever (only for 3-4 hours).

Conservation
Store away from direct heat sources.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
Post-opening validation: 2 months.
