Description
Non pharmacological decongestant spray.
It is indicated in all cases of congestion and irritation of nasal cavities due to flu syndromes, colds, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis both acute and chronic.
It can also be used as a coadjuvant treatment in case of cough, sore throat caused by nasal back drain and medium otititis resulting in nasal congestion. Ideal for frequent use. The product is indicated from 6 months of age.
It acts thanks to Tannisal, a standardized natural molecular complex, consisting of tannins fraction from Amamelide and salgemma (minerary extraction salt untreated chemically), which interacts with the nasal mucosa doing:
1) a decongestant action with two-fold non-pharmacological mechanism, both by the precipitation of bradykinin the tannins contained in the product are able to bind this mediator of inflammation thus reducing nasal congestion, both by balanced and standardized osmolality (600 mOsm/kg) that favors the recall of water from congested tissues without irritating and drying mucosa;
2) a protective action that normalizes the nasal mucosa thanks to the adhesion of active substances and their effective antioxidant action.
In addition, the product, thanks to its continuous flow nebulized jet, has a deep cleansing action of nasal cavities that removes excess mucus and pathogens, irritating and allergiating in it trapped (viruses, bacteria, smoke, smog, pollen, irritating substances, etc.).
This action is particularly useful in the infant who is not able to blow the nose and in the child who does not do it properly.
For these characteristics, Fitonasal Pediatric is particularly suitable in case of nasal back neck cough. In fact, the possible stagnation of mucus in the nasal cavities and the presence of microorganisms and allergiating substances, through the back nasal drain, can be caused by coughs or other problems such as throatache and medium otititites.
Fitonasal Pediatric does not contain vasoconstrictor decongestants and, thanks to its innovative non-pharmacological action mccanism, does not create assuefation, does not dry the nasal mucosa, does not irritate and can be used frequently, even for prolonged periods.
The use of the product in the infant and in the child favors breathing and facilitates night rest.
Continuous flow dispenser can be used in all positions, equipped with a comfort spout also ideal for the nose of the little ones.
The product is 100% natural, without gluten and contains no preservatives.

Mode of use
Use at least 2 times a day, morning and evening and whenever necessary.
For effective decongestant and protective action of mucosa use Fitonsala Pediatric as indicated below.
From 6 months to one year of age:
1) extend the child on one side and insert the dispenser into the upper nostril, provide the product;
2) repeat the operation in the other nostril, extending the child on the other side.
Over the year of age:
1) insert the dispenser into the nostril and exert a slight pressure for a few seconds;
2) clean the nose or, if possible, blow it and repeat the nebulization in the other nostril.
Rinse the dispenser at the end of each use by placing it under a hot water jet.

Components
Tannisal, water, vegetable glycerin, lemon juice, Nahcolite (natural sodium bicarbonate).

Warnings
Do not use if present hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more components. If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
Use only by nasal way. Avoid contact with eyes. In case, wash them with water.
Warning: pressurized container, can explode if heated. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep away from heat sources, hot surfaces, sparks, free flames or other sources of ignition. Don't smoke. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose at temperatures above 50°C/122°F. Keep out of reach of children.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and sheltered from light. The expiry date refers to the intact and properly preserved product.
