Description
Sterile monodose solution without preservatives to be sprayed for aerosolic administration.
Inositol is a polyol known to be an important osmolita, in fact, possesses a great ability to bind and retain considerable amounts of water especially in the tissues of the respiratory system. This lubricating and emollient capacity is useful in alleviating those symptoms related to inflammation such as, difficult swallowing, feeling of foreign body in the throat, tickling and dryness. Inositol lowers the surface tension of the pulmonary surfactant by improving gaseous exchanges at the level of bronchial alveoli.

Ingredients
Each 3 ml vial contains: myo-inositol, purified water, chloride sodium.

Mode of use
We recommend 1 vial of 3 ml or, according to medical advice, up to a maximum of 3 vials per day.
Broncositol solution to nebulize, is supplied in vials equipped with safety pre-rotation.
For opening the vial:
1. hold the vial so that the tip is upward
2. exert a slight pressure, bend and break the vial at the neck.
Nebulize the content of a vial through an aerosol therapy device.
It is recommended to use appliances equipped with compressor that guarantee a high output flow capacity (indicative value of at least 0,40 ml/minute).
Do not use ultrasound devices.

Warnings
Do not use the device after the expiry date shown on the package.
Do not use the device if the packing is open or damaged.
Do not sterilize again.
The device is only intended for use.
Don't freeze.
Once the vial is opened, the product must be used immediately.
Smoking compromises the protective effect of myo-inositol on bronchial and alveolar functionality.
It is recommended to use Broncositol after consulting your physician.
Keep out of reach of children. There are no known interactions between Broncositol and any concomitant therapies. However it is advisable to consult your doctor before using the product in association with other medical devices and medications.
Contraindications to the use of Broncositol are not known at the moment, nor have side effects been reported. However, the use of these products, especially if prolonged, can give rise to awareness-raising phenomena. In this case stop the treatment and consult the doctor to establish the idnea therapy.
If there were any side effects not described in the leaflet, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.
The product should not be used during pregnancy and nursing.
Do not exceed the recommended doses.

Conservation
Store between 4th and 25° C.
The expiry date is indicated on the packaging.
Do not use after the expiry date shown on the package or if the package is opened or damaged. The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, properly preserved.
