Indications
Anti-russation bite indicated in the following cases:
- Roncopathy.
- Apnea in certain specific cases : travel (please consult a doctor).

Mode of use
Before sleeping, fold somnolis and insert it into the mouth by placing the adjustment tape on the upper teeth.
Cut the lower guide if it hurts the gum.
Somnolis's material complies with medical and food standards, but, the first nights, it could have a special taste.
Supplied with 4 flexible adjustment strips numbered from 1 to 4. The number 1 tape is the weakest, while the number 4 tape is the most durable.
If necessary, replace the tape according to the following criteria:
- if the traction of the jaw is excessive, annoying or if the somnolis does not remain inserted in the mouth, use a lower value ribbon (e.g. 1 in place of 2).
- If snoring is not sufficiently reduced, use a higher value ribbon (e.g. 3 in place of 2).

Description
Somnolis moves forward the mandible of a few millimeters so as to free the backline and allow the passage of the inhale air. This clinically tested principle eliminates the problem.
The package contains:

-4 adjustment strips.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in the following cases:
- Detachable dent protection.
- Partial dentary protections with insufficient seal.
- Pain of mandibular articulation.
- Mobility and instability of teething, jaw or jaw with less than 10 teeth.
- Patient with under 18.

Possible side effects
-Sensibility of the teeth after removal of the mask, at the symptom awakening that will disappear after closing 3-4 times the jaws).
- Pain in the front of the ear, which will tend to fade normally after a few days.
- Hypersalivation that will be expected over a few days of regular use, dry mouth, possible feeling of nausea, rarely observed (which will disappear quickly).
- Shifting of teeth or modification of the dental occlusion area (relative position of the upper and lower jaws).
- If the lower jaw does not return to its original position, after removing the Somnolis, stop using the appliance.
In case of persistent side effects, stop using the appliance and ask for advice from a doctor.

Warnings
Preliminary medical examination and regular dental and mandible controls are recommended.
If you have any doubts about the health of your teeth, consult your dentist.
In case of diurnal fatigue, you may be suffering from sleep apnea, it is recommended to consult your doctor for a full assessment.
In case of regular use (all nights) and long-term use, it is recommended to use a custom mandibular advancement order by taking dental prints.

Maintenance, service life, warranty
In the morning, remove the somnolis, rinse it and store it throughout the day in a glass of warm water to which an antibacterial antibacterial tablet specific for teethers was added.
Before reuse, rinse with clean water. Regularly check the general state of the appliance.
The results of snoring or apnea reduction cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the anatomy of the user.
Taxally replace the appliance in case of cracks, breaks or degradation of the material.
