Hypertonic means that the saline solution has a concentration of salt similar to that of the sea, therefore greater than that of the human body. The use of a hypertonic solution is useful as a support in case of: chronic sinusitis, seasonal allergic rhinitis, for the treatment and prevention of otititis, post-operation of patients for paranasal breast interventions.
Mode of use
The isotonic solution is obtained by melting a sachet of salts in the nasal shower and adding 250 ml of lukewarm water.

Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, panthenol (vitamin B5), sodium salt hyaluronic acid.
