Aluneb hyper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution to nebulize by aerosol, nasal shower and MAD Nasal, based on high molecular and xylitol hyaluronic acid with decongesting and fluidizing action on nasal mucosa.
Particularly suitable for cleaning nasal trays especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and all nasal mucosa congestion states.

The nebulized hyaluronic acid moisturizes and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the high respiratory tract.
It can be useful in assisting the regulation of mucociliar clearance by alleviating all those symptoms related to inflammatory, allergen and environmental factors.

MAD Nasal is a medical device, without needle, for the nebulization of topical solutions by nasal way.
It allows to perform topical treatments of nasal and sinus cavities, and allows rapid administration of the Aluneb solution through nebulization in particles of 30-100 microns of diameter ideal for the therapy of the upper airways.
MAD Nasal is a device used, in pre-hospital and first aid, for the administration of anesthetics, anticonvulsants and painkillers intranasal.
Thanks to its soft conical adaptor it guarantees the grip on the nostril and ergonomically adapts to the nostrils of adults and children.
The malleable napkin allows a positioning at 180° of the conical adaptor.

Indications
Frees the nose from the mucus, favoring the elimination of excessive nasal secretions.
Affections characterized by congestion and alteration of the mucociliar clerances.
Moisturizes the respiratory tract and stimulates the mucocyliary clerance.
It facilitates breathing, wedge and sleep of infants.
In aerosol therapy can be used to dilute drugs.

Mode of use
Wash your hands before and after using your medical device.
Swallow the monodose bottle in the two directions and detach it from the strip to which it is welded.
Open the monodose bottle by turning the aletta.
Pour the contents of the bottle in the nebulizer amp or in the Nasal MAD syringe as from instructions for use of the Nasal MAD.
Children from 1 year and adults: nebulize 1-2 bottles 2-3 times a day with prehuman nebulizer and traditional ampoule.
Milking under 1 year of age: instill some drops in the nostrils before the stern or before sleeping.
For MAD Nasal and nasal shower:
Children from 1 year: 1-2 washes per nostril, 1-2 times a day.
Adults: 2-4 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary it can be administered, through the nasal shower or MAD Nasal for a prolonged period.

Ingredients
Hypertonic solution, hyaluronic acid at high molecular weight, xylitol, sea water.
It contains no preservatives.
