Description
Hypertonic saline solution for inhalation based on: high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, chloride sodium 3%, bicarbonate sodium. Recommended for daily hygiene of nasal trays. It is useful in case of colds, allergic rhinitis and not, rhinitised as well as in all those cases where nasal decongestion is required or in the presence of a compromised mucociliar clearance. Aid for the prevention and treatment of medium-sized otits in which the usefulness of better ventilation of the upper airways is recognized. Actimar does not contain preservatives.

Mode of use
Direct irrigation:
-Shut the haloid cap with rotational movement.
-Keep your head tilted on one side, never backwards.
-Gently welcome the spout of the bottle to the upper nasal nostril and press slightly to spray.
-Hold your head tilted on the other side (never backwards) and repeat the spraying in the other nostril.
-The container can be closed by flipping and pressing the cap on the vial's mouth.
Posology: spray with half vial for nostril 2-3 times a day or more often in need or according to medical advice.
Inhalation therapy:
Actimar can also be used in case of inhalation therapy at the expense of high airways: in this case use the appropriate inhaler devices that ensure the correct nebulization and follow the indications of the chosen device.
Posology: a vial, 1-2 times a day or according to medical advice.

Warnings
Store internal instructions along with the product. Use the product for inhalation therapies only at the expense of the high airways. Keep out of reach and view of children in order to avoid incorrect use of the product. Avoid contact with eyes. Not intended for oral use. Not injectable. The use by multiple subjects of the same vial may affect its effectiveness and may be due to the aggravation of the existing problems as well as to cause the occurrence of problems previously not present. Do not use in cases of individual hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product. Do not use in cases of epistaxis in progress or just completed, or in case of nasal mucosa does not integrate. Inhalation of a hypertonic saline solution in particularly sensitive patients could cause bronchospasm episodes: in this case interrupt the treatment and consult the doctor in order to establish suitable therapy. In case of adverse reactions suspend the use of the product and contact your doctor. Do not use in case of accidental contamination after opening. Smoking could compromise the protective effect of hyaluronic acid. Use of this medical device does not replace other treatments prescribed by your physician. No interaction studies have been conducted between Actimar fial and other substances and/or drugs. Therefore, in cases where you would like to associate Actimar fialoids with other substances and/or drugs, you must carefully follow the instructions of your physician and the instructions for use of the product used in association with Actimar fiale. Do not use the product in associations with quaternary compounds. The incorrect observance of warnings and methods of use may affect the effectiveness of the product or cause the aggravation of existing problems and cause the occurrence of problems before not present.

Conservation
Do not use it beyond the expiry date or if the package is open or damaged.
The indicated expiry date refers to the intact and correctly preserved product.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
Post-opening validation: 12 hours.
