Property
The vegetable Glucosamine is derived from the fungus Asperigillus niger and, therefore, does not come from the shell of the crustaceans. Vegetable Glucosamine is therefore suitable for people with crustaceans allergies and is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Vegetable Glucosamine has the same characteristics and functions as glucosamine derived from crustaceans, traditionally used. Glucosamine is an indispensable amino for the synthesis of molecules responsible for the elasticity of cartilage. In case of Glucosamine deficiency this synthesis decreases, thus causing a hardening of cartilages with consequent joint pain.
