Description
GutLife Cream is indicated for the treatment of symptomatology associated with inflammation and skin irritation of the anal and perianal area. The specific formulation of GutLife Cream with fatty acids (F.A.G.), hyaluronic acid and excinct carries out a protective action, lubricant, soothing and increases the processes of normalization of the anal skin. GutLife Cream reduces and attenuates pain, itching, redness and burning in subjects subjected to radiotherapy, thermal and chemical stress. GutLife Cream also finds useful application before and/or after manual and/or instrumental rectal explorations and as an adjuvant in post-infective phase and after proctologic interventions.

Mode of use
In course of radiotherapy apply GutLife Cream after exposure to the affected area up to total absorption and continue the application every 6/8 hours, or according to different opinion of the doctor or pharmacist, gently massaging the anus and perianal area.
In other uses apply on the affected area 2 or 3 times a day with a gentle massage gently carried out on the anus and perianal area up to total absorption. Continue the application until symptoms disappear.
In case of manual and/or instrumental rectal explorations it is recommended to apply the cream on the affected area 5-10 minutes before and/or after examination.

Warnings
Biocompatibility studies have not shown any contraindications or side effects; however the use of the product is to be avoided in patients with a history of hypersensitivity or allergy established towards any of its components. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about the occurrence of unwanted effects that can be traced back to the product not described in this leaflet.
Do not use GutLife Cream on open or secretive wounds, and in case of infected wound. Stop use in case of irritation or side effects and consult your physician or pharmacist. Don't swallow. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Use in adults. Keep out of reach of children.

Conservation
Store at room temperature (not beyond 25 °C) in a cool and dry place and away from heat sources or direct sunlight. Do not store in the refrigerator and do not freeze the product. Have care to close the container after each application. Do not disperse the container in the environment after use.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
Post-opening validation: six months.
