Dermosile_lotion

Fluid emulsion based on vegetable tar (salix alba) and urea with decapant and smoothing effect without perfume and without parabens; not alcohol.
Formulated for specific treatment as an adjuvant in the treatment of the hypercheratosic states of the scalp (psoriase, seborrheic dermatitis and sebopsoriase), also associated with redness, desquamations, itching and seborrhea. Climbazolo is one of the most common anti-fungal agents used as an anti-forphora, active especially against Malassezia furfur.
