Mode of use
For adults and children older than 12 years take 1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (250 ml), preferably in the morning along with breakfast.

Warnings
Keep the container closed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not consume without consulting your doctor. Keep out of sight and reach of young children. It is not indicated in people with hemochromatosis (excess of absorption of iron in the body), kidney function problems and in people with tendency to formation of kidney stones.
