Mode of use
Shake the amp before use, hold it with a paper napkin to break the tips of the amp. Take an amp per day diluted in half a glass of water. To avoid the possibility that glass fragments may fall into the liquid, avoid breaking the amp over the glass of water. The product being natural, can sometimes present a deposit. This does not go to the detriment of its quality.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep away from the reach of children under three years. It is important to follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Food supplements cannot be considered substitutes for a varied diet.
