Description
Food supplement of high-dose vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc particularly indicated in case of reduced intake of these nutrients with normal diet or in case of increased physiological requirements.
Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue and normal energy metabolism.

Mode of use
An effervescent tablet per day to dissolve in a glass of water (200 ml).

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and a proper lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. The amount per tablet of vitamin C can cause mild stomach ailments in sensitive subjects.
Supradyn defenses is not recommended in cases of pregnancy and nursing.
Do not take in case of altered iron metabolism (emochromatosis) or in case of kidney disorders.
People with kidney problems should not consume more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day even for the risk of kidney computation.
Not suitable for children and teenagers.

Conservation
Store at temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep the container closed.
