SPRAY

Description
Manufactured for ophthalmic use for dogs, cats, non-DPA horses and affection rabbits constituted by a sterile, isotonic saline solution, with hyaluronic acid and liposomes indicated to lubricate, hydrate, refresh and protect the eye and periocular disease.
Thanks to the dispenser, it produces a delicate nebulization of the solution, suitable for both the open eye and the closed eye, giving relief also to the contextual eyelid and periocular area in case of dryness, dehydration and hypersensitivity.
Hyaluronic acid applied locally, is a polymer able to lubricate, hydrate and protect the eye surface, stabilizing the aqueous layer of the lacrimal film. Phospholipidic matrix liposomes (bilayer phospholipidics) are double-layer phospholipids that perform a high moisturizing action and help prevent rapid evaporation of water molecules from the lacrimal film, favoring stability and persistence on the eye surface.
By not containing benzalconio chloruro, chlorhexidine, parabens and thimerosal, it is a high degree of tolerance and suitable even in frequent and prolonged applications.

Mode of use
- Remove the cap and hold the bottle well held in the dominant hand so that the thumb or index is well settled on the dispenser paying attention not to cover the exit hole.
- Hold the head of the animal by holding the nose with the non-dominant hand.
- Approach the bottle at a distance of about 10 cm from the eye and apply a strong pressure on the dispenser.
- It is recommended to apply two nebulizations twice three times a day.
- Press the animal after the application.

Components
Purified water, soy phospholipids (liposomes) 5%, polyethyleneglycol-400 (PEG-400), boric acid, sodium chloride, sodium tetraborate, disodium edetate, carbossi metil beta glucano, polyesametilenbiguanide (PHMB), sodium ialuronate 0.02%.

Warnings
- Ophthalmic product for external veterinary use.
- Avoid touching the eye with the tip of the bottle.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
- Allow to spend 10-15 minutes between the instillation of Siccostil Spray and the possible instillation of drugs or products for external ophthalmic use.
- Do not use in case of subjective hypersensitivity or incompatibility known to any component of the preparation.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Do not disperse the container in the environment after use.

Conservation
Store at temperature between 5 and 35°C.
Post-opening validation: three months.
