How to wear it:
• Starting with the widest end, slide the support on the leg to the knee.
• Make sure the fabric area is in the front of the knee.
Care and washing instructions:
• Hand wash with neutral soap in hot water (not hot).
• Rinse well and dry air.

Do not wash in the washing machine, dry, dry, or use bleach or softener. This product contains natural rubber latex which can cause allergic reactions.
