Food preparation for dessert based on instant oat flakes flour.
Oat beta-glucans contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved by daily intake of 3 g beta-glucans.

Mode of use
The product can be used to add 50 g (three colmi) to 100 ml of water, milk or yogurt. You can vary the amount of liquid to get the desired density. Alternatively it can be used as an ingredient to prepare a delicious dessert.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and/or heat sources. The minimum term of preservation refers to the correctly stored product in an integral package.
