Mode of use
To boil a pan with water on the fire. When the water reached boiling, add 8 g of salt (about a spoon) and then add the dough. Cook for 9/11 minutes. When cooked, drain the dough and rinse it. To season to taste and serve.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place.
The minimum term of preservation refers to the correctly stored product in an integral package.
