Mode of use
Peach in a container with a bottom of diameter from 10 to 13 cm 100 g of cous cous, add 2 g of salt (optional) and 4 g of oil and mix. Add 115 ml of boiling water, cover with transparent film and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Pass 5 minutes, remove the film, flip into a dish the contents of the tray and drain well the cous cous with a fork.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place.
