Gluten-free sponge bread snacks with carrot and orange taste. Specifically formulated for gluten intolerant people.
Ingredients
Sugar, eggs, glucose-fruit syrup, vegetable oils and fats in variable proportion (oleic high sunflower oil, coconut fat, cocoa butter, karitè butter), rice flour, corn starch, water; stabilizer: sorbitol; milk skimmed powder, corn flour, concentrated carrot juice 1.8%; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin of soy; natural aromas, chicory fiber, dehydrated orange juice 0.6%, salt, lactose (milk); leavening agents: gluconodelthalactne, sodium bicarbonate; protein milk; gelling agent: agar-agar; thickeners: carob seed flour, xanthan gum.
