Ingredients
Alpha lipoic acid; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; berberis (Berberis aristata DC) cortex ex ramis e.s. tit. 97% berberin, gymnema [Marsdenia sylvestris (Retz.) P.I. Forst] leaves e.s. tit. 25% gymnemic acid; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; chromium picolinate.

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a tablet a day before the main meal.
