Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts, with saffron-valerian-green tea, with Quatrefolic (folate), myo-inositol, melatonin and vitamin D (colecalciferol).
Saffron contributes to normal mood tone and Quatrefolic (folate) contributes to normal psychological function, The valerian intake contributes to relaxation and sleep in the event of stress, melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep (the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake just before coricating of 2 ml that bring 1 mg of melatonin). The presence of tea leaves, which bring teanine, have a tonic effect (physical and mental fatigue).

Kuntze] leaves e.s. tit. to 20% in teanin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root e.s. tit. 0.8% in valerenic acids; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; myo-inositol, aromas; acidifier: citric acid; saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigmas e.s. tit. 2% in safranal, melatonin, Quatrefolic (acid 5-methyltetrahydrofolic salt of glucosamine), vitamin D (calciferol).

Mode of use
Chew or dissolve slowly sucking 1 tablet, 1-2 times a day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols, excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Conservation
Store in a cool place (at temperature not exceeding 25 °C) and dry, sheltered from light and away from heat sources.
