Magnesium food supplement.
Magnesium helps to reduce fatigue and fatigue, melissa favors normal mood tone and together with passiflora promotes relaxation. Finally, melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep (take 1 mg).

Magnesium oxide, Passiflora incarnate L. flower, stabilizer (sorbitol), thickener (microcrystalline cellulose), Melissa officinalis L. leaf, antiagglomerating (magnesium vegetable stearate), charging agent (bibasic phosphate calcium), magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium succinate, melatonin, coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, stearic aceide and microcrystalline cellulose).

Mode of use
A tablet twice a day with water during meals.

Warnings
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Do not take during pregnancy and nursing. For the presence of melanin, in case of any pathology or during taking any medication, consult your doctor before using the product. Do not hire with alcoholic beverages, while driving vehicles or machinery and under 18 years.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
