Ingredients
Melatonin 1 mg charging agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide.

Mode of use
1 microtable daily with plenty of water. The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to take sleep is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg melatonin. The beneficial action to alleviate the effects of jet lag is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
