Food supplement of plant extracts with melatonin.

Ingredients
Charging agents: cellulose, tricalcio phosphate; maltodextrin, passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial part with flowers) e.s. tit. 0.5% in vitexina, escolzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) e.s. tit. 0.2% in protopine, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) e.s. tit. 0.42% in ac. valerenici, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., semi] e.s. tit. 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTTP), hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha auct., leaves and flowers) e.s. 1% in total flavonoids, magnesium oxide, anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; L-triptophan, melatonin.
Without gluten.
Without lactose.

Property
Contains melatonin that, taken at the dose of 1 mg just before bedtime, contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep.
It also contains passiflora and escolzia, which promote relaxation and together with valerian are useful to promote sleep in case of stress, and griffonia, which contributes to the normal tone of the mood and together with hawthorn promotes mental well-being.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water or other suitable liquid.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For use of the product in pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children it is recommended to feel the doctor's opinion.

Conservation
Store, well closed, in a cool and dry place avoiding exposure to heat sources.
The minimum term of preservation refers to the correctly stored product in an integral package.
