Charging agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphates; (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) grass e.s. tit. 1% protopine, juggiolo (Zizyphus jujuba Mill.) seeds e.s. tit. 2% triterpenes, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.] seed seed e.s. tit. 20% 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan); anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; C2P Tech (calcium, chlorine, phosphorus, sulphur, magnesium, potassium, sodium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, selenium) powder, alphacyclodextrin).

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime with a glass of water.
